Course Description

Managing a team in a hybrid environment requires team leaders to acquire new skills and strategies. In this course, you will be equipped with tools that will allow both leaders and team members to assess the state of leadership within their team. You will then explore best practices for effectively launching a hybrid team and identify what is needed to foster high performance in hybrid teams.
